Information we collect

If you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide: name, email, optional phone and company, project preferences and your message. Netlify may process essential technical request data for hosting, security, reliability and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use enquiry information only to evaluate and respond to your request, communicate about a potential engagement, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry data for unrelated advertising.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are processed through Netlify Forms and are available only through authorized site administration. We aim to delete unsuccessful enquiry records within 12 months unless a longer period is required for legal, security or record-keeping reasons. Client records follow the relevant agreement and statutory requirements.

Legal basis and choices

We process enquiry data with your consent and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering a contract. You may withdraw consent, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern by emailing deepak@kalpixa.com. Rights may vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to lawful exceptions.

International processing

Our service providers may process data in more than one country. We select providers and configurations intended to provide appropriate technical and contractual protection.
